Refund and Returns Policy

We use third party courier partners and our most orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days in metro cities and may take up to 5 to 7 business days in other parts of India from the time of order placement. We provide complimentary delivery for prepaid orders, while additional delivery charges apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If the order does not reach you within 10 days (post-dispatch), contact at info@nofussfoodworks.com Please understand that as we have limited control over the package once it is shipped. NoFuss does not take any responsibility for any delivery delays once the products are dispatched.

Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel your order before dispatch i.e. within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Amount paid will be refunded back within 10 business working days to the original payment source.

Return & Exchange
Once a product is dispatched, it is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer. We only facilitate exchanges in case of wrong, expired, missing, damaged product delivered. For such claims, customers must share the specific issue along with 360 degree video evidence of the unboxing process confirming the absence of tempering. The final decision regarding claim acceptance or rejection rests with the NoFuss team. All queries must only be sent over email info@nofussfoodworks.com within 2 days of delivery.

These claims will be processed within 10-15 working days by the NoFuss team and will only be exchanged for the same product subject to acceptance. An email notification will be sent upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, informing the customer of claim approval or rejection.
Approved claims will result in the processing of the exchange and the customer will receive the new product within the timeframe mentioned in the email. The duration for the exchanged product to reach the customer may vary depending on their location.

If you have concerns or questions regarding the authenticity of the product, please refrain from breaking the seal, protection tape or packaging. Returns or exchange will not be accepted, if original packaging (mono cartons, seal, protection tape, label or pouch etc.) is tempered. Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged box delivered by courier services.
