- 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt

Recipe
- 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, whey protein, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the high-protein milk, egg, Greek yogurt, maple syrup/honey, melted butter/oil, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (don't over mix).
- Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Scoop batter onto the hot surface in 1/4 cup portions.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until set, 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with desired toppings like fruit, nut butter, or honey/maple syrup.
