Protein Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (33g) NoFuss Essentials Whey Protein (Cappuccino Carnival)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey/date syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt/Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips(optional)

Protein Breakup

  • ½ cup Almond butter~ 26g Protein
  • 1 scoop (33g) NoFuss Essentials Whey Protein~ 24g Protein
  • 1 cup rolled oats~ 12g Protein
  • 1 tbsp(14g) chia seed~ 2g Protein
Recipe
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Whey Protein, chia seeds, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a dough-like consistency.
  3. If using chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture.
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1-1.5 inches in diameter). If the mixture is too sticky, you can refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  5. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to a month.
