- 1 scoop(33g) NoFuss Essentials Whey Protein (Dreamy Chocolate Delight)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1- 2 tsp preferred sweetener to taste(maple syrup, honey, date syrup)
- Pinch of Dessert/Himalayan salt
- 1 cup Cow’s milk or water or both
Optional Ingredients
- ⅓ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
- Fruit of choice apple, banana, blueberries
- Nut butter
Protein Breakup

- 240 ml (1 cup) Cow’s milk~ 8g
- 50 grams (½ cup) rolled oats~ 6g
Recipe
Step 1. Cook the Oats
Stovetop Method:
- Heat milk or water in a nonstick pot until it boils.
- Reduce the heat, then add rolled oats, preferred sweetener and a pinch of salt. Optionally, add cinnamon and vanilla.
- Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from the stove when desired texture is reached.
Microwave Method:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix oats, sweetener, and a dash of salt. Optionally, add vanilla and cinnamon>
- Add water or milk, then stir.
- Microwave on high for 1.5 to 2 minutes, stopping to stir if it overflows.
Step 2: Add Protein Powder
- In a separate bowl, mix protein powder with a small amount of water or milk.
- Gradually add more liquid to achieve the desired consistency.
- Stir the protein mixture into the cooked oats. Avoid reheating.
