1 ripe banana sliced and frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Ice cubes (optional)

1 tbsp(16g) peanut butter or almond butter~ 4g Protein
1 medium-sized banana~ 1.3g Protein
1 cup unsweetened almond milk~ 1.4g Protein
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder~ 1g Protein
Recipe
In a blender, combine the chocolate flavoured whey protein powder, frozen banana slices, almond milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract, ice cubes and honey or maple syrup if using.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk, a splash at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
